Home communions
Communion is offered to the housebound and the sick by the ministry team. Each month the team visit Norfolk House (3rd Wednesday). Individual parishioners are visited on the 2nd Wednesday and on other occasions by arrangement.

Visiting
The clergy, pastoral assistant and members of the congregation are constantly visiting people in the parish. Numerous visits are arranged informally and please approach any member of the clergy if you have a concern. Alternatively you may arrange a visit from someone in the ministry team by contacting with the Parish Office.
Weybridge Hospital Chaplaincy
St James provides a visiting chaplain to Weybridge Hospital. The chaplain visits the Day Unit, Sam Beare Palliative Care Unit and Corrie Brown ward approximately weekly and also coordinates visits by lay chaplains. Visits can be arranged by contacting the Parish Office.
